Processing Times

All orders ship Monday through Friday.
Processing takes 1-3 days for standard shipments and 1 day for expedited shipments.

Need to cancel or make an adjustment?

Email info@lullacollection.com. No changes can be made once the order reaches our fulfillment center, so please reach out to us as soon as possible if any adjustments are necessary.

international / options: we currently do not support this option

*please note that this isn’t an expedited shipping method.

Return Policy

Want to return your Lulla Collection purchase?

In order to receive an authorization for a return, please email us at info@lullacollection.com. All returns require authorization by one of our customer service representatives within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, unauthorized returns will be refused. All order discrepancy claims must be made within the 10 days of delivery of goods.

The Lulla Collection is not responsible for gift products and items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender, please confirm your address for gift items prior to purchase. We also do not cover the the cost of return shipping.
